Qualifications

• 1–2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in marketing.

• Portfolio showing design work for digital platforms and marketing materials.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, product promotions, and corporate communication while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging static posts, carousels, reels, and videos for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Create product brochures, corporate brochures, magazines, magazine advertisements, and magazine pages.
• Design digital and print banners, promotional materials, flyers, posters, and marketing collaterals.
• Develop professional PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for product promotions, business meetings, and corporate requirements.
• Create visually appealing product creatives while ensuring accurate product information and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver creative assets within deadlines.
• Edit images, videos, and other visual content for digital platforms and promotional activities.
• Maintain brand guidelines and organize design files and marketing assets for future use.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or marketing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Strong creative thinking, visual communication, and attention to detail.
• A portfolio demonstrating graphic design work for digital platforms and marketing materials.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage.
• Understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, image editing, and visual hierarchy.
• Good communication skills, time management, and willingness to learn new design techniques.
