Job Overview

We are seeking a creative powerhouse to own the visual identity of Salad Days across all physical and digital touchpoints. You will be responsible for ensuring our brand looks as fresh and premium as the food we serve, with a heavy focus on high‑end print media and packaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Print & Packaging: Design and execute all print collateral, including packaging, menu inserts, brand stationery, and other campaign materials.
• OOH & Marketing: Create large‑scale visual assets for Out‑of‑Home advertising, billboards, and physical marketing displays.
• Digital Brand Assets: Develop static social media graphics, emailers, and website banners that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
• Brand Consistency: Act as the custodian of the Salad Days style guide, ensuring color accuracy and typographic consistency across all platforms.
• Vendor Coordination: Prepare print‑ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure the final physical output meets our quality standards.
• AI‑Assisted Workflow: Proactively utilize AI tools for tasks like background expansion, image retouching, generative fill, and asset variation to maximize creative output.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
• Software Mastery: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• AI Requirement: Must be up‑to‑date with the latest AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio) and demonstrate how to best utilize them for speed and high‑quality output.
• Speed & Turnaround: Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, delivering high‑quality work within tight deadlines without compromising on attention to detail.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of layout design, typography, and print production processes (CMYK, bleed, paper types).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of high‑impact print work, digital designs, and AI‑enhanced creative assets.
