Job summary

Dameasy Consumer Products is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to strengthen our brand presence. You will craft marketing collateral, packaging concepts, and digital assets across channels, ensuring consistency with our identity.

Work with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, HR, and Business Development to deliver design that supports growth. On-site role in Gurugram, with exposure to FMCG packaging and product launches.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong typography, layout, colour theory, and composition.
• Experience designing for digital and print media.
• Knowledge of print production processes and artwork preparation.
• Familiarity with Figma or Canva is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design brochures, catalogues, presentations, flyers, banners, posters, and ads.
• Create social media creatives and digital marketing assets.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Dameasy Consumer Products, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that strengthen our brand presence and communicate our capabilities effectively. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, Product Development, HR, and Business Development teams to design engaging marketing materials, product presentations, packaging concepts, exhibition creatives, social media content, website graphics, and internal branding assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design brochures, catalogues, presentations, flyers, banners, posters, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
• Create engaging social media creatives and digital marketing assets.
• Develop website graphics, email campaign visuals, and blog graphics.
• Maintain consistency with Dameasy's brand identity across all platforms.
• Design product labels, cartons, pouches, bottles, sleeves, and packaging artwork.
• Create packaging mock-ups and prepare print-ready production files.
• Support corporate branding initiatives and visual identity development.
• Design pitch decks, exhibition graphics, standees, signage, and proposal templates.
• Produce graphics for videos, reels, and basic motion graphics where required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and composition.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media.
• Knowledge of print production processes and artwork preparation.
• Familiarity with Figma or Canva is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, D2C brands, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Understanding of packaging regulations and print specifications is an added advantage.
