Responsibilities include creating designs for social media, banners, brochures, and hoardings; collaborating with marketing and sales; delivering on time; and staying current with design trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Graphic Design or visual communication.
• Strong portfolio showing digital and print campaigns.
• Experience following brand guidelines and client briefs.

Responsibilities

• Create designs for social media posts, ads, banners, brochures, flyers, hoardings and other marketing materials.
• Develop visual concepts based on client requirements and campaign goals.
• Design creatives for digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and websites.
• Produce print assets such as pamphlets, standees, posters, visiting cards and catalogs.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and content teams to understand design needs.
• Modify designs based on feedback and deliver revisions on time.
• Maintain brand consistency across all assets.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, typography, layouts and digital marketing creatives.
• Prepare final artwork in appropriate formats for digital publishing and printing.

About the Role

Kritarth Advertising Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The candidate will be responsible for developing visually engaging designs for digital and print media while ensuring consistency with client and company brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative designs for social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, flyers, hoardings, and other marketing materials.
• Develop visual concepts based on client requirements and campaign objectives.
• Design creatives for digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and other online channels.
• Work on print creatives such as pamphlets, standees, posters, visiting cards, catalogues, and outdoor advertising materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and content teams to understand design requirements.
• Modify designs based on client/team feedback and deliver revisions within timelines.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, layouts, and digital marketing creatives.
• Prepare final artwork in appropriate formats for digital publishing and printing.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of CorelDRAW will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of Canva, Figma, or other design tools is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Good creative and conceptual thinking.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines.
• Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual communication.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered irrespective of formal qualification.
