Job summary

TalkingLands in Bengaluru seeks a creative Graphic Designer to translate ideas into visually engaging designs across digital and social media platforms. The role requires a solid grounding in design fundamentals, typography, composition, branding, and visual communication.

You will work with marketing and content teams to deliver on briefs, maintain brand consistency, and create motion graphics and basic video edits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
• Freshers and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design ability.
• Understanding of design fundamentals and branding.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media creatives, posts, stories, banners, advertisements, and marketing collaterals.
• Design posters, brochures, presentations, digital ads, and other brand communication materials.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on campaign requirements.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, including typography, colours, layouts, and overall visual identity.
• Create motion graphics and animated social media content.
• Edit short-form videos and social media content when required.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand briefs and deliver designs within deadlines.
• Adapt existing creative concepts into different formats and platform specifications.
• Stay updated with current design, social media, typography, and visual content trends.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
