Trusttech Solutions is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate with marketers and editors to produce visually compelling designs for social media and digital campaigns, strengthening our brand presence across platforms.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, at least 3 years of experience, and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. You will work on high-impact visuals for international clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of layouts, typography, color theory and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of assets for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other short-form content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality designs.
• Excellent communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.

Responsabilités

• Design high-quality graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook).
• Create posts, stories, carousels, banners, and promotional creatives.
• Develop design assets and templates for video editors (lower-thirds, overlays, thumbnails).
• Assist in conceptualizing campaigns, reel covers, YouTube thumbnails, and visuals.
• Design website graphics and landing page elements; ensure brand consistency.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, fonts, and resources.
• Collaborate with marketing to meet daily design needs and deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and social media formats.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with digital marketers, content creators, and video editors to create visually compelling designs that strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook.
• Create visually engaging posts, stories, carousel designs, banners, and promotional creatives.
• Develop design assets and templates for video editors, including lower-thirds, overlays, callouts, thumbnails, and end screens.
• Assist in conceptualizing creative campaigns, reel covers, YouTube thumbnails, and marketing visuals.
• Design website graphics, landing page elements, and interactive web assets.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative materials.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, fonts, and creative resources.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver daily design requirements within deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, social media formats, and creative best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent design software.
• Solid understanding of layouts, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of designing assets for YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, and other short-form content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
• Excellent communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Figma for UI and web design.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of animation and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Interest in social media trends, storytelling, and digital marketing.
