Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Ctruh Technologies, you will play a key role in creating engaging visual content across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with the marketing, product, and UX teams to design assets that communicate our brand’s story and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling graphics for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and development) to create designs that align with brand guidelines and business goals.
• Develop innovative visuals for digital platforms including websites, apps, and email campaigns.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces.
• Ensure consistency and brand integrity across all creative assets.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and incorporate them into the design process.
• Assist in refining the company’s visual identity and brand strategy.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare final files for production across various platforms (print, web, social media).

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a tech startup or fast-paced environment.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work including digital assets, branding, web and mobile design.
• Creativity: Ability to translate abstract ideas into visually stunning designs.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, color, and layout.
• Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• UX/UI Design Experience: Familiarity with user experience and user interface design is a plus.
• Motion Graphics (Bonus): Experience in creating animations or motion graphics is a bonus.
