Job summary

Tomoe Events is seeking a seasoned packaging and branding designer to develop creative concepts for home appliances and electronics. You will design packaging, labels, cartons, brochures, and promotional materials, ensuring product features and brand identity are clearly communicated.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience in packaging, branding, or advertising.
• Strong typography, color theory and print production knowledge.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions primarily for home appliances and electronic products, including product packaging, labels, cartons, brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials.
• Create visually appealing packaging designs for home appliances and electronic products, ensuring the design clearly communicates product features, specifications, and brand identity.
• Design creative materials for product launches, marketing campaigns, social media, e-commerce platforms, and digital advertisements.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, E-commerce, and Creative teams to maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
• Prepare print-ready artwork for packaging, product manuals, brochures, catalogues, and other marketing materials.
• Adapt designs according to different product models, sizes, variants, and market requirements.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and meet project objectives and production requirements.
• Stay updated with current home appliance, electronics, packaging, branding, and advertising design trends.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. in Visual Communication, Diploma in Graphic Design, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably with experience in packaging design, branding, and advertising for home appliances, electronics, or consumer products.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant graphic design tools.
• Strong understanding of packaging design, typography, color theory, product presentation, branding, and print production.
• Experience designing packaging and marketing materials for home appliances/electronic products will be an added advantage.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
