R K SWAMY Limited in New Delhi is seeking a creative designer with 1–1.5 years of experience to craft visuals for social media, digital campaigns, and websites. The role emphasizes strong fundamentals and hands-on work with AI-powered tools to elevate campaigns.

You will collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams, manage multiple brands, and adapt creatives across platforms while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Formación

• Hands-on designer with strong design fundamentals in typography, layouts, colour theory.
• Ability to translate briefs into compelling visuals while following brand guidelines.
• Experience working in a fast-paced advertising/marketing agency environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop visually engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, performance marketing ads, websites, and other advertising formats.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design tools.
• Practical experience using AI-based creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and other generative AI platforms for visual creation and enhancement.
• Strong understanding of design aesthetics, typography, layouts, colour theory, and brand guidelines, with the ability to translate briefs into visuals.
• Ability to work on multiple brands, manage tight deadlines, adapt creatives across platforms, and collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account management teams.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, basic video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro), and emerging digital design trends will be an added advantage.
