Job summary

PEPPY is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience to craft visuals across social media, packaging, websites, and e-commerce touchpoints for a fast-growing D2C brand.

You will balance typography, composition, color, and storytelling, collaborating with copywriters and marketers, using AI tools and industry software to push distinctive, performance-driven design.

Qualifications

• Strong command of design fundamentals including typography, layout, and color theory.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; ability to create original visual directions rather than templates.
• Experience designing for social media, packaging, and e-commerce assets to support brand goals.
• Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, Canva, and motion design is a plus.

About the Role

Strong understanding needed for visual communication, design fundamentals, and contemporary brand aesthetics.

You’ll create designs across social media, product packaging, website, e-commerce platforms, events, and other consumer touchpoints.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just place text and images on a canvas, but understands typography, composition, hierarchy, colour, balance, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Design creatives for:

• Performance ads
• Social media posts, stories, and carousels
• Website and landing pages
• E-commerce banners and product listing assets
• WhatsApp and CRM communication
• Packaging, product inserts, and print collateral
• Work closely with copywriters, video editors, marketers, and external agencies
• Use AI-powered creative tools to explore visual directions, generate assets, and improve production efficiency

Requirements

Strong command of design fundamentals, including:

• Typography
• Layout and composition
• Colour theory
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software
• Ability to create original visual directions rather than relying only on existing templates
• Ability to balance brand aesthetics with performance and conversion goals

Good to Have

• Experience designing for D2C, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Experience creating performance ad creatives and performance marketing assets
• Knowledge of packaging and print design
• Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, Canva, or motion design
