Job summary

Honeycomb Creative Support is seeking a creative Packaging Designer to conceptualize and execute packaging solutions for skincare and beauty products. The role is full-time and on-site, requiring a strong eye for aesthetics, materials knowledge, and production-ready artwork aligned with brand identity and market trends.

You will collaborate with marketing, product development, and production teams to translate concepts into print-ready artwork, mock-ups, and final packaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• 2–5 years of packaging design experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare or FMCG.
• Strong expertise in packaging design, visual design, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience designing packaging for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG products.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques, dielines and production processes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Ability to create production-ready packaging artwork.
• Excellent conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative and visually appealing packaging for skincare and beauty products.
• Develop packaging concepts that align with brand guidelines, product positioning, and consumer preferences.
• Create artwork for product packaging, labels, cartons, sleeves, and other packaging collateral.
• Ensure packaging designs comply with printing specifications and production requirements.
• Research market trends, competitor packaging, and consumer insights to develop effective packaging solutions.
• Incorporate Korean beauty aesthetics and design trends into packaging concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and production teams to bring packaging ideas to life.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers and packaging vendors for production.
• Create mock-ups, prototypes, and presentations for internal reviews and approvals.
• Refine packaging designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining design consistency.
• Stay updated with emerging packaging materials, sustainable packaging practices, and industry trends.

This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing innovative packaging solutions that align with the brand identity, market trends, and consumer expectations. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, an understanding of packaging materials and print production, and the ability to create compelling packaging designs inspired by Korean beauty standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop packaging concepts from ideation through final production.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in packaging design, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG industry.
• Strong expertise in Packaging Design, Visual Design, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience designing packaging for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG products is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques, dielines, and production processes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or similar design tools.
• Ability to create production-ready packaging artwork.
• Excellent conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills..

Note:

Experience designing packaging inspired by or aligned with Korean beauty (K-Beauty) standards will be an added advantage.
