Job summary

NSB Bangalore is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and drive high-impact visual communication across digital and print platforms.

You will build brand creatives for education campaigns, design social media visuals, ad campaigns, posters, and landing pages using Figma, while maintaining brand consistency. Portfolio required to be considered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of graphic/visual design experience.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Strong typography, layout and branding understanding.
• Experience designing for education sector (digital and print).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Responsibilities

If you love building powerful brand creatives and want your work to be seen across large-scale education campaigns, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging social media creatives and campaign visuals
• Create high-conversion ad creatives for Meta & Google campaigns
• Develop event posters, invitations, standees, and printable materials
• Design landing page and website mockups using Figma
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets
• Support marketing team with quick turnaround creatives during campaigns

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in graphic/visual design
• Strong hands-on experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign & Figma
• Good understanding of typography, layout, and branding
• Experience in both digital and print designs for education industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment

Good to Have (Bonus):

• Motion graphics / After Effects
• Basic video editing
• Experience in education or events sector

Compensation:

Based on experience and aligned with industry standards.
