Job summary

Advito Global in Bengaluru is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create social media creatives and reel covers for clients and our own brands. The role requires owning tasks from brief to final delivery, maintaining brand guidelines, and delivering work on time in a small, dynamic team.

Applicants should have 2+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio, and access to a laptop with Photoshop and Illustrator.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or brand environment.
• A strong portfolio of social media creatives. This is the primary basis for shortlisting.
• Experience working in a structured, process oriented environment and discipline to carry that into daily work.
• Complete ownership of a task from brief to final delivery, without needing to be chased.

Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, including static posts, carousels and stories.
• Design reel covers and thumbnails consistent with each client's brand.
• Adapt a single creative into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms.
• Design campaign creatives for launches, offers and festive promotions.
• Follow and maintain brand guidelines across multiple client accounts.
• Work on print requirements when needed, such as flyers, standees and banners.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and manage multiple revisions within deadlines.
• Maintain organised, well labelled source files for every project.

Advito Global is a marketing and business growth company based in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work with automotive dealerships, real estate developers and hospitality brands. Our specialist arms include Advito Social for social media and performance marketing, and Peacock Studios for photography and videography.

About the role

What we are looking for

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work across multiple brands and switch styles without losing consistency
• Attention to detail on spelling, pricing and offer accuracy in every creative
• Ability to handle a high volume of work and meet daily deadlines
• Comfortable working in a small team and taking responsibility for deliverables

Mandatory requirement

• The candidate must have their own laptop capable of running Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator smoothly
• The laptop will be used for daily work at our office
• Software licences will be provided and borne by Advito Global
• Applications from candidates without their own laptop will not be considered

Added advantage
