Job summary

NewSpace Research and Technologies, a Bengaluru-based start-up, is seeking a Graphic Designer – Visual Storytelling Expert to translate complex narratives into powerful brand visuals.

You'll conceptualize assets for digital and print, create illustrations, and collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across channels.

Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and UX-friendly layouts is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio across corporate and creative contexts.
• Strong concepting and execution skills, ability to translate complex narratives into visual stories.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools; ability to design for digital and print.

We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T) towards future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT’s product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.

We’re looking to connect with experienced Graphic Designers who have a flair for transforming the ordinary into captivating visual communications .

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and creative executor , with proven experience designing for manufacturing, aviation, or finance sectors. You bring a strong blend of design craft, digital fluency, and brand strategy — capable of turning complex narratives into visually powerful stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and produce compelling visual assets across digital and print platforms.
• Translate complex industry concepts (manufacturing, aviation, finance) into clean, engaging, and brand-aligned designs.
• Create high-quality illustrations and graphics using Illustrator , bringing ideas to life through original, impactful visuals.
• Design for presentations, infographics, marketing campaigns, websites, and corporate communications.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and product teams to create user-centric and impactful visual experiences .
• Ensure brand consistency, creative excellence, and attention to detail across all deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio across corporate and creative contexts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma , and Elementor .
• Expertise in Branding & Identity , Creative Strategy , and Visual Communication .
• Experience in User Experience (UX) and User Interface Design , with the ability to create intuitive, aesthetically refined layouts.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles to ensure designs are impactful across channels.

Nice to Have:

• Motion graphics or animation skills.
• Experience in building brand systems for large or legacy sectors.
• Understanding of UX writing and content strategy.
