Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams and clients to strategize on a wide variety of marketing materials.
• Design a range of marketing assets including logos, brochures, infographics, social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, internal communications, newsletters, etc.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality, brand-compliant designs.
• Develop creative concepts through hand sketches or design software.
• Execute original content with a focus on color palettes, typography, imagery, and layout.
• Manage the design and upload process for all project materials, ensuring adherence to content management best practices.
• Stay updated on market trends and use this knowledge to inform design decisions.
• Effectively classify and execute designs based on historical and current market intelligence.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (CC), including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Exposure to corporate communications (preferred).
• Experience in motion graphics (a plus).
• Deep knowledge of current design trends and the ability to incorporate them into designs.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience, ideally in a creative or marketing agency setting.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
