Job summary

Nederman is seeking a hands-on graphic design specialist to support multiple industrial brands within the Process Technology division. You will build scalable design systems, templates, and reusable graphics to enable faster, consistent rollout worldwide.

You will produce high-quality design assets across brochures, datasheets, case studies, white papers, and campaign visuals, while ensuring file hygiene and version control in a global context.

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing or equivalent; mechanical background preferred.
• 3–6+ years of graphic design experience in B2B/industrial contexts.
• Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong capability in PowerPoint template engineering (masters, layouts, reusable components).
• Excellent layout/typography with ability to translate technical input into visuals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain templates and design systems across Adobe Creative Suite for brochures, datasheets, case studies, white papers, and campaign kits.
• Execute global design production: brochures, datasheets, case studies, white papers, sales decks, and campaign assets.
• Localization and multi-version rollout: adapt master assets for regions and languages with proper file hygiene and version control.
• Print and event support: prepare print-ready files and develop booth graphics; 3D modelling is a nice-to-have.
• Collaborate from briefs, clarify gaps early, and deliver high-accuracy assets.

Join our global Marketing team as a hands-on graphic design specialist supporting multiple industrial brands within Nederman’s Process Technology division. This is a support role focused on scalable execution: you will produce high-quality design assets while also building the underlying system, templates, modular layouts, and reusable graphic libraries, that enables faster, consistent rollout worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain templates & design systems: Develop template systems across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for brochures, datasheets, case studies, white papers, campaign kit modules, and reusable icon/diagram/infographic styles, plus maintain PowerPoint templates and slide libraries.
• Execute global design production: brochures, datasheets, case studies, white papers, sales decks, executive slides, campaign assets (email, social, web/landing graphics).
• Localization & multi-version rollout: adapt master assets for regions/events/languages; manage file hygiene, naming conventions, exports, and version control.
• Print & event support: prepare print-ready files and develop booth graphics design and 3D modelling (nice to have).
• Operational collaboration: work from briefs, clarify gaps early, and deliver high accuracy.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• MBA – Marketing & BE- Mechanical preferred
• 3–6+ years of graphic design experience (B2B/technical/industrial design preferred).
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong PowerPoint template engineering capability (masters, layouts, reusable components, disciplined styling).
• Excellent layout/typography and ability to translate technical input into clear visuals (diagrams, process flows, KPI/value graphics).
• Skills in AutoCAD (nice to have).
• Detail-oriented production mindset.
• Strong written and spoken English.
