Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced graphic designer in Pune to craft compelling sales materials and digital assets. You will align with Business Development, Marketing, and Leadership to translate complex content into clear visuals and maintain brand consistency across all outputs.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years of graphic design experience, a strong portfolio of corporate presentations, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools like PowerPoint and Google Slides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with diploma or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• 3-8 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably supporting sales or marketing teams.
• Strong portfolio with corporate presentations, proposals and marketing collateral.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling materials to support business development efforts, including sales presentations, pitch decks, proposals, brochures, case studies, and onepagers
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Leadership teams to understand objectives and align designs with business goals
• Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across assets
• Conceptualize and execute visual themes for campaigns, client engagements, and internal initiatives
• Translate complex technical or business content into clear, engaging visual formats
• Support digital design needs such as social media creatives, website graphics, and email campaigns related to growth initiatives
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines and quality standards
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and continuously refine designs for effectiveness and clarity
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to B2B and enterprise environments
