Qualifications

We’re looking for a Graphic Design Lead who can lead a team. This role is specifically for someone with strong experience in Beauty & Fashion—someone who understands aesthetics, trends, visual storytelling and what makes a brand feel premium, relevant and desirable.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, within a digital/creative agency.
• Strong portfolio specifically showcasing static graphic work with Beauty & Fashion brands.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, Image manipulation, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Strong command over emerging AI tools.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; Figma/After Effects is a plus.
• Ability to take a project from concept → visual direction → execution → final delivery.
• Strong presentation, communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with timelines and business requirements.
