Job summary

FirstClub in Bengaluru seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content across digital and marketing channels, translating business objectives into compelling creative assets.

You will collaborate with marketing, brand, category, and content teams, maintain brand guidelines, and manage multiple projects with strong time management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social media, marketing, and brand design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and convert them into strong visual concepts.
• Good attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, quick-commerce, D2C, consumer brands, or digital-first companies would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual assets for digital, social media, marketing campaigns, app/web platforms, and other brand communication.
• Develop creatives for campaigns, promotions, launches, offers, and seasonal initiatives.
• Design banners, social media creatives, emailers, app creatives, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
• Work closely with the marketing and brand teams to understand campaign objectives and translate briefs into effective designs.
• Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, visual language, typography, colors, and overall design quality.
• Collaborate with content, category, and business teams to create relevant and high-impact communication.
• Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and dimensions across different platforms.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and maintaining quality.
• Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts for new campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay updated with current design trends, digital content formats, and emerging creative styles.
• Take ownership of projects from concept development through final execution.
