Job summary

Only Much Louder Entertainment in Mumbai is seeking a motivated graphic designer to join our creative team. The role involves transforming briefs into visually compelling materials across campaigns, presentations, internal comms, and marketing collateral.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, maintain brand identity, and contribute to content creation while developing your design skills in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 6–12 months of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design abilities.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator.
• Fluency with After Effects, Premiere Video editing software.
• Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems is a plus.
• Desire to continue to grow skillset with ongoing education and training.

Responsibilities

• Help plan concepts & designs basis brief, studying information & material
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include, presentations, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Support in translating strategic direction into the high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Help develop concepts,and execute original content following the brand's visual identity and determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system
• Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications
• Communicate productively with the team to keep them up-to-date with project milestones

Objectives of the role:

Collaborate with teams across OML whilst working closely with the design manager

Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately

Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload

Examine existing process flaws, and creating solutions to improve design capabilities

Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline

Key responsibilities:

Skills, Qualifications and Prior Experience:

Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline

6 - 12 months of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency is a huge plus

Good communication skills (preferably in English)

Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

Proficiency with Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator. Fluency with After Effects, Premiere Video/photo editing software

Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems is a plus

Desire to continue to grow skillset with ongoing education and training
