Job summary

Only Much Louder Entertainment seeks a seasoned designer with 4–5 years of experience to lead visual direction for multiple brands and integrated campaigns. You will craft concept-driven work for social, digital, print, film, and emerging formats, collaborating with creative leads, account teams, and clients to deliver high-impact campaigns.

You will mentor designers, steward timelines and budgets, and stay ahead of global and Indian design trends, leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience as a designer with a strong portfolio across campaigns and mediums.
• Hands-on experience in advertising for social, digital, print and integrated campaigns.
• Portfolio demonstrates craft and versatility across design projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual and craft direction across multiple brands and campaigns, ensuring design excellence and consistency across formats.
• Drive concept development from insight to execution, translating objectives into visually distinctive ideas.
• Partner with Creative Directors, copywriters, strategists and account teams to shape strong work aligned with goals.
• Oversee and elevate craft, mentoring senior and junior designers with clear feedback and direction.
• Own end-to-end execution of multiple projects, managing timelines, budgets and brand integrity.
• Confidently present and sell creative ideas to leadership and clients with clarity.
• Play a key role in new business and pitches, shaping visual narratives and presentation design.
• Stay plugged into global and Indian culture to bring fresh visual languages and tools.
• Leverage Adobe Creative Suite and AI-assisted workflows to enhance ideation and speed without compromising craft.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned designer with 4-5 years of experience and with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create innovative, concept-driven work across campaigns and mediums.
• You have hands-on experience in advertising, creating work for social, digital, print and integrated campaigns.
• Portfolio showcasing strong craft and versatility across advertising and design projects.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently delivers high-quality creative outputs.
• A collaborative professional who can effectively communicate your design choices and ideas to creative leads, account teams, and clients.
• A proactive thinker who stays ahead of industry and cultural trends, ensuring your work is fresh, relevant, and impactful.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, with working knowledge of AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, Runway, and ChatGPT.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the visual and craft direction across multiple brands and integrated campaigns, setting a high bar for design excellence and consistency across social, digital, print, film and emerging formats.
• Drive concept development from insight to execution, translating strategic objectives into culturally resonant, visually distinctive ideas.
• Partner closely with Creative Directors, ACDs, copywriters, strategists and account teams to shape strong, award-worthy work that aligns with brand and business goals.
• Oversee and elevate craft across the studio, mentoring senior and junior designers through clear feedback, hands-on guidance and thoughtful creative direction.
• Own end-to-end execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality, budgets and brand integrity are maintained without compromising creative ambition.
• Confidently present and sell creative ideas, visual systems and design rationale to internal leadership and clients, building trust through clarity and conviction.
• Play a key role in new business and pitches - shaping visual narratives, campaign worlds and presentation design that help win and grow accounts.
• Stay deeply plugged into global and Indian culture, design, advertising and technology, proactively bringing fresh visual languages, formats and tools into the work.
• Leverage Adobe Creative Suite at an expert level, with a progressive approach to AI-assisted workflows (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Gemini, ChatGPT) to enhance ideation, speed and experimentation without compromising craft.
