Job summary

Rayqube is seeking a Creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to support the marketing team in producing high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. You will contribute to marketing collateral, exhibition branding, social media creatives, and presentation designs under guidance from senior designers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and layout skills.
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing design.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral such as exhibition branding, social media creatives, and presentations.
• Create email banners, banners, and promotional materials.
• Prepare digital brochures, flyers, posters, and roll-up banners.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
• Resize creatives for different platforms and organize templates.
• Support video thumbnails and basic motion graphics.
• Assist with event graphics for MEES 2026.

• Design exhibition graphics and promotional materials
• Create email banners and marketing campaigns
• Design exhibition invitations
• Create stand branding concepts (where required)
• Design digital brochures
• Create event countdown creatives
• Design post-event recap creatives
• Create digital advertisements for exhibitions

Social Media Design

• Design LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts and stories, Carousel posts
• Event announcement creatives
• Product launch creatives
• Company milestone posts
• Employee spotlight graphics
• Client success stories
• Case study visuals
• Infographics

Marketing Collateral

• Company presentations, Pitch decks, Sales presentations, Company profile updates
• One-page capability sheets
• Product brochures
• Flyers, Posters, Roll-up banners, Digital signage
• Certificates, Business cards (when required)

Email Marketing

• Email banners
• Newsletter layouts
• Event invitation emails
• Product launch emails
• Promotional campaign graphics
• Webinar and event invitation creatives

Brand & Content Support

• Maintain brand consistency across all designs
• Create visual assets for marketing campaigns
• Resize creatives for different platforms
• Organize design files and templates
• Support video thumbnail creation
• Basic motion graphics or animated social posts (preferred)
