We are looking for a highly creative and passionate Graphic Designer with 1–1.6 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual storytelling, branding, and social media design. They should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, capable of producing engaging static and motion graphics, and stay up to date with the latest design trends. This role also requires the ability to capture photos and videos during company events and transform them into compelling digital content.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.

1–1.5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or Creative Design.

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, motion graphics, event designs, and video editing projects.

Experience working in a digital marketing agency, startup, or product-based company is an added advantage.

Preferred - Adobe Lightroom, Canva, Figma (Basic knowledge is a plus), AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar) to enhance ideation, content generation, and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design visually appealing creatives for digital and print media while maintaining brand consistency.

Create high-quality marketing materials including brochures, banners, posters, flyers, presentations, and promotional assets.

Develop innovative concepts and visual solutions that align with business and marketing objectives.

Create GIF animations, animated social media posts, and motion graphics.

Add transitions, effects, typography, and animations to enhance visual storytelling.

Capture photos and videos during company events, celebrations, product launches, and corporate activities.

Edit and enhance photographs for digital and marketing use.

Create engaging event highlight videos and promotional content from captured footage.

Ensure high-quality visual content that reflects the company's brand identity.

Explore new design styles, visual trends, and creative concepts.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, AI-powered creative tools, and industry innovations.

Bring fresh ideas and experimental approaches to content creation.

Continuously improve the quality and originality of creative assets.

Work closely with the Marketing, Branding, HR, and Product teams to understand campaign requirements.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.

Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities.

Excellent understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy, composition, and branding.

Strong knowledge of current design trends and social media content strategies.

Ability to create eye-catching and engaging marketing creatives.

Experience creating GIFs, motion graphics, and creative digital content.

Basic understanding of photography, videography, and visual composition.

Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
