Job summary

SkillBytes, Bengaluru-based, is seeking a Graphic Designer for a 3-month full-time internship. You will design for social media, create carousels and campaign visuals, and collaborate with the social media and content teams to turn ideas into strong visuals. Prior experience with EdTech or youth brands is a plus.

You’ll work on reels-friendly content, maintain brand consistency, and experiment with typography and layout styles to keep campaigns fresh.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of graphic design experience, preferably with social media brands.
• Strong understanding of Instagram-first design and digital content.
• Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar tools.
• A good eye for typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to understand a brief and turn it into a creative idea not just execute instructions.
• Someone who can work fast without compromising on quality.
• Keeps up with design trends, social media formats and youth culture.
• Attention to detail and willingness to experiment.

What will you do?

1. You’ll be designing for a young audience, so we’re not looking for someone who only knows how to make "pretty posts."
2. We want someone who understands visual storytelling, social media and what makes people stop scrolling.

Your work will include:

1. Designing social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
