Unpaid Internship (Training & Hands-on Industry Experience)

4th Month to 6th Month

Stipend of ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month, based on performance, skill development, and successful completion of the initial training period.

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to join our team for a 6-month on-site internship. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical industry experience by working on real-world design projects, developing creative skills, and collaborating with marketing, development, and business teams.

• Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, digital campaigns, marketing materials, presentations, banners, brochures, and other promotional content.


• Understand project requirements, brand guidelines, and design objectives to create effective visual solutions.


• Develop creative concepts, layouts, illustrations, and visual content based on business and marketing requirements.


• Design graphics for various digital platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, email campaigns, and other online channels.


• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and visual identity across different marketing materials.


• Assist in creating and editing images, graphics, icons, illustrations, and other visual assets.


• Collaborate with the marketing, content, development, and business teams to understand design requirements and deliver projects within deadlines.


• Make revisions and improvements to designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.


• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, creative styles, tools, and industry best practices.


• Organize and maintain design files and creative assets for easy access and future use.


• Assist with other graphic design and creative tasks as required.


• Graduate in any stream. A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.


• Basic understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.


• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar software.


• Basic knowledge of creating designs for social media and digital marketing platforms.


• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual aesthetics and attention to detail.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.


• Ability to understand design briefs and translate ideas into creative visual concepts.


• Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and design trends.


• Ability to accept constructive feedback and make necessary design improvements.


• Must reside in Mumbai or nearby and be able to commute to the office daily.


• Work from home is not available.


• Candidates with a personal laptop are preferred.


• Candidates with sample designs and portfolio are preferred.

Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

OR 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

2nd and 4th Saturday along with Sunday's Off.

Outstanding performers may be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship, based on performance, skill development, and business requirements.
