Responsibilities

• Design engaging magazine layouts for digital and print publications following brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to create content for magazines and digital campaigns.
• Create on-brand graphics and motion content using Adobe tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Develop visuals for social media posts, reels, and campaigns to enhance storytelling across properties.
• Stay updated on design trends in publishing and digital media to keep content fresh and competitive.
• Translate concepts and marketing strategies into visually compelling stories for diverse audiences.
• Participate in feedback cycles and refine assets to meet high creative standards.
• Propose innovative design ideas, layouts, and content formats across platforms.

About the internship:

Kweesha Solutions Pvt. Ltd., the powerhouse behind DO IT FOR ME LLC, manages a diverse portfolio of digital publications and social platforms across India and the U.S. We are currently seeking creative, driven design interns to join our growing team. Whether you have a passion for magazine layouts or creating scroll-stopping social media visuals, this is your opportunity to leave a mark.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

1. 1. Design engaging and visually stunning magazine layouts for our portfolio of digital and print publications, adhering to brand guidelines and editorial direction.
2. 2. Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to understand creative requirements and produce compelling content for both magazines and digital campaigns.
3. 3. Create on-brand graphics and motion content using tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
4. 4. Conceptualize and develop visuals for social media posts, reels, and campaigns, contributing to the visual storytelling of our media properties.
5. 5. Stay updated on the latest design trends in publishing and digital media to ensure our content remains fresh, modern, and competitive.
6. 6. Translate abstract concepts and marketing strategies into visually impactful stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
7. 7. Actively participate in feedback cycles, making revisions and refinements to ensure final assets meet high creative standards.
8. 8. Propose innovative design ideas, layouts, and content formats that enhance the visual experience across platforms.

P.S. this is a Monday to Saturday strictly Work from Office internship. Timings are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
