Qualifications

• Strong research, analytical and organisational skills.

• Interest in defence technology, autonomous systems and startup ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Research government grants, startup funding schemes, R&D programmes and innovation challenges, including iDEX, DRDO, DST, MeitY and Startup India.
• Identify relevant tenders and procurement opportunities through GeM, CPPP and other government platforms.
• Analyse eligibility criteria, technical specifications, documentation requirements and submission deadlines.
• Assist in preparing grant applications, tender proposals and supporting documentation.
• Maintain structured databases of grants, tenders, funding opportunities and application statuses.
• Monitor defence procurement developments and relevant government initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to evaluate opportunities and support submissions.
• Prepare weekly reports highlighting actionable opportunities, deadlines and recommendations.
