Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E in Electronics & Communication, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 80% aggregate throughout academics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Support LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi and internet connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot network faults and elevate complex issues when required.
• Assist in network cabling, patching, and infrastructure setup.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations and changes.
• Support cybersecurity measures and network access control.
• Provide technical support to users for connectivity issues.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and network audits.
