Siemens Pune role is an entry-level opportunity designed for BE/BTech graduates with up to 6 months of experience. You will support engineering tasks, learn project scopes, and perform initial quality checks under supervision.

The role emphasizes active learning, questions to senior staff, and timely completion of tasks. You will work with global teams and visit multiple locations across India while contributing to real projects.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech with up to 6 months of experience.
• Fluent in English language.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to interpret customer requirements, identify needs and resolve issues in a positive manner.
• Able to adapt to shifting demands and competing priorities from customers and internal partners to consistently manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Foundational Project Support & Learning: Assist in various engineering tasks and project activities as directed by the Team Leader or Senior Engineer.
• Review basic project inputs, identifying initial questions and seeking guidance from Senior Engineers or the Team Leader.
• Basic Deliverable Preparation & Quality Checks: Prepare engineering/programming/graphics/estimates or components under close supervision, following Siemens standards and guidelines.
• Active Learning & Engagement: Proactively ask questions and seek clarification from Senior Engineers, and Team Leaders on technical concepts, project processes, and best practices.

Foundational Project Support & Learning:

• Assist in various engineering tasks and project activities as directed by the Team Leader or Senior Engineer.

• Review basic project inputs, identifying initial questions and seeking guidance from Senior Engineers or the Team Leader.

Basic Deliverable Preparation & Quality Checks

• Prepare engineering/programming/graphics/estimates or components under close supervision, following established Siemens standards and guidelines.
• Develop an understanding of quality control principles and perform initial checks on own work before submission.

Active Learning & Engagement

• Proactively ask questions and seek clarification from Senior Engineers, and Team Leaders on technical concepts, project processes, and best practices.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving efforts as skills develop.

Task Completion

• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the given timeframe, communicating progress to the Sr Engineer or Team Leader.
• Maintain accurate and timely recording of work hours in the timesheet.

Your Success Is Grounded In

• BE/ BTech with 6 months of experience
• Fluent in English language.
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
