Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn and support day-to-day manufacturing operations.
• Assist the Purchase team in vendor coordination, procurement documentation, and material planning.
• Support Production activities, production planning, process monitoring, and shop-floor coordination.
• Assist the Design team in engineering drawings, BOM preparation, and technical documentation.
• Support the Costing department in product costing, estimation, and data analysis.
• Work on ERP systems, engineering documentation, and reporting.
• Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
• Complete all training modules and performance evaluations during the training period.

Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our Purchase, Production, Design, and Costing Departments.

This structured 2-year training program is designed to develop future engineering professionals through classroom learning, operational systems training, and extensive on-the-job exposure in a manufacturing environment.

The selected candidates will receive comprehensive training in manufacturing operations, engineering processes, quality systems, ERP applications, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria

• Full-time Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.)
• Branch: Mechanical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering only.
• Minimum Aggregate CGPA: 6.0 or above.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience may apply.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
