Qualifications

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the assigned department.
• Learn and implement standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Understand and follow safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Support small‑scale projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Contribute to the improvement of manufacturing processes, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
• Identify areas for improvement within processes and suggest practical solutions.
• Apply engineering principles to solve real‑time production or design challenges.
• Participate in periodic evaluations to assess progress and identify further learning opportunities.
• Implement feedback from mentors and team leaders to improve performance.
