We are inviting passionate, energetic, and career-orientedEngineering Graduates to join our Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)Program, a structured 12-month corporate internship designed to develop future professionals in the Renewable Energy& Solar EPC industry.

This program providescomprehensive hands-on exposure to multiple business functions,enabling trainees to build strong technical, operational, andcommercial competencies while working on live projects under theguidance of experienced industry professionals.

Uponsuccessful completion of the internship, high-performingtrainees will be considered for permanent employment based onindividual performance, business requirements, andorganizationalpolicies.

• Role: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Full-Time Internship.

• Industry Exposure: Renewable Energy, Solar EPC, and EV Charging Infrastructure.




• Training Location: Waidhan, Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh.




• Reporting: Directly to the Department Head / Reporting Manager.

Compensation & Benefits

InternshipStipend / Salary Structure

The internship compensation has been thoughtfully structured to provide a Gross Monthly Stipend of ₹15,000, inclusive of Basic Stipend, HRA, Special Allowance, and Conveyance/Travel Allowance. This comprehensive stipend package reflects the organization's commitment to supporting interns during their professional learning and development journey.

StatutoryCompliance

• Salary / Stipend shall be processed inaccordance with applicable Labour Laws and statutoryregulations.


• Salary / Stipend will be credited on amonthly basis through bank transfer.

CareerProgression

After Successful Completion of12-Month Internship

Eligible candidates demonstratingstrong performance, professionalism, and organizational fit maybe offered a Full Time Employment Opportunity.

Expected Monthly Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹20,000

(Subject to performance evaluation and companypolicy.)

After Successful Completion of 2 Years withthe Company

Employees demonstrating consistentperformance, technical competence, leadership potential, andbusiness contribution may be considered for salary progression.

Expected Monthly Salary:

₹22,000 –₹25,000

(Subject to annual performance appraisal,business requirements, and company policy.)
