About the Job

This role supports efforts to attract and hire talent for Volvo Construction Equipment. The position focuses on executing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers and campuses, and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute talent acquisition strategies to meet short and long term recruitment plans for the blue‑collar workforce.
• Research and implement initiatives that support diversity hiring goals and recruitment targets.
• Identify opportunities to make Volvo CE's employment lifecycle more inclusive.
• Plan and conduct campus recruitment events during placement seasons and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Organize campus engagement initiatives throughout the academic year to strengthen the employer brand.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace that improves employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with factory statutes, work norms, and agreements under long‑term settlements.
• Develop and implement annual employee engagement plans and activities.
• Support HR routines and processes, ensuring wages and related payments are processed on time with the People Service team.
• Follow HR transformation, payroll, and system guidelines with strict adherence.
• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of service provider employees.

Skills and Experience

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and organize recruitment activities effectively.
• Capability to interpret diversity data and extract useful insights.
• Strong coordination and facilitation abilities for campus and employee engagement activities.
