Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Diploma holder for its reliability lab in India. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will rotate shifts. You will perform temperature cycling, electrical tests and data collection while adhering to OCAP procedures and strict safety standards.

The role emphasizes team collaboration, cross-functional coordination, and ongoing training to qualify lab processes. Proficiency in English communication and familiarity with Excel/Outlook are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work in normal shift or rotating 12-hour shift.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, including email communication.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or production is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and reliability processes is preferred.
• Strong team player with ability to lead operators when required.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MAM tracking system, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel is an added advantage.
• Able to use AI tools and leveraging AI to support lab operation.
