JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Bengaluru is seeking a Client Advisor Support Analyst to back Private Bank Advisors across the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to client onboarding and engagement.

You will provide integrated intelligence across the client journey, promoting new client acquisition and deepening existing books while leveraging knowledge of asset classes and fund strategies. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree holder with professional experience in a similar capacity.
• MBA / CFA / CFP qualifications are a plus.
• 2+ years in Private Banking or related financial services roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Private Bank product offerings and asset classes.
• Ability to understand market dynamics and develop expertise.
• Strong team management experience and ability to navigate a matrix organization.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors and act as extension of the global team across the sales lifecycle.
• Assist with lead generation, client onboarding, and client engagement.
• Provide integrated intelligence across client lifecycle to promote new client acquisition and deepen existing books.
• Present solutions based on asset classes, fund strategies, and client needs.
• Communicate clearly, analyze data, and stay organized to support Advisors.

Job Description

The team is aligned one to one with the Advisors (High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Work Bankers and Investment Specialists) for a particular Office and have proprietary access to the books of the Clients focusing on specific needs. We partner with the Advisors throughout the Sales lifecycle ensuring consistent high quality support with Advisor experience and Client experience at the heart of it.

As a Client Advisor Support Analyst within the J.P. Morgan Private Bank, you will play a crucial role in supporting Private Bank Advisors and operating as an extension of the global team.

• Your responsibilities will span across the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to client onboarding and engagement.
• You will provide fully integrated intelligence, connecting all touch points across the client lifecycle to help promote new client acquisition as well as deepening of books of existing clients.
• This role offers the opportunity to leverage your strong knowledge of asset classes and fund strategies, and your ability to understand complex financial situations and present solutions.
• Your excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills will be key in this role.

We work with Advisors through the entire sales lifecycle including:

• Banker Support
• Lead Generation
• Client Onboarding
• Client Engagement
• Management / Operational Support

Job Responsibilities:

• Have Strong knowledge of Asset Classes and suites of Funds offered through JPM and their overall strategies which is put to good use to match goals of Clients Investment needs
• Prepare customized Client presentations forInvestment Specialist’s review meeting
• Have a fundamental understanding of quantitative and qualitative data
• Develop process on following the markets through attending Morning Meeting & other internal meetings and by reading internal and external publications
• Use current events to generate new opportunities and monitors books for deepening opportunities
• Master understanding of Goals Based Analysis and Portfolio Insights
• Work effectively with WM Solutions colleagues to develop solutions for clients
• Be familiar with the bank’s credit documentation, including the terms and conditions, the structure and its relevance to a transaction
• Resolve exceptions, open items and transactional issues proactively.
• Assist the team in preparing presentations and marketing materials, produce ad-hoc and regular management reporting, stress test scenarios, data analysis and any other team initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• University degree holder(including MBA / CFA / CFP)and / or with over 2years of professional experience in a similar capacity
• Strong knowledge of Private Bank product offerings, asset class knowledge
• Inclination to understand market dynamics and develop expertise
• Strong team management experience and ability to navigate matrix organization
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
• Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of client management
• Should be flexible with EMEA /LATAM shifts
