Job summary

IndusInd Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager for the Government Banking Group in Ranchi to manage and expand government sector relationships. You will handle central ministries, departments and government corporations, acquire new clients, and coordinate with CMS, IT and product teams to tailor banking solutions.

Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, plus prior government banking exposure, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
• Prior banking experience (CASA product) and client engagement.
• Excellent communication, analytical & reviewing skills; inter-personal coordination & team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage government banking group clients and acquire new government relationships.
• Maintain and grow existing government banking relationships with ministries, departments and government corporations.
• Coordinate with CMS, IT and product teams to deliver customised banking solutions.
• Understand fund flow requirements of government entities and implement solutions.
• Sell liability products including CASA, FD, CMS.
• Drive higher penetration of all products in identified government segments.

Job Purpose Manage Government banking group clients and acquisition of new government
banking relationships
Responsibility AreasResponsible for managing existing government banking relationships of Central
ministries, government departments , and government corporations . Acquisition of new banking
relationships in Government entities to achieve planned business objectives .Work in co-ordination
with other departments like CMS, IT, Product Teams. Understanding the fund flow requirements of
government entities and developing and implementing customised banking solutions.Responsible of
selling liability business which includes CASA, FD , CMS .Drive higher penetration of all products in
identified segments.
