Job summary

GoTo Group seeks a Senior Procurement professional to lead end-to-end sourcing across multiple categories in India, with cross-border collaboration in Indonesia. The role drives commercial value, supplier performance, and governance compliance.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage contracts, and push process improvements using best practices and platforms like Coupa. Strong English, analytics, and stakeholder skills are essential in a fast-growth tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, strategic sourcing, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end sourcing projects and supplier negotiations across multiple categories.
• Experience supporting technology procurement, including hardware, IT services, telecommunications, or technology-related spend categories, and general procurement, including insurance, manpower, and other general spend is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical capabilities, with excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across multiple spend categories from requirement gathering through contract execution.
• Develop sourcing strategies and conduct market intelligence, supplier assessments, commercial evaluations, and negotiations to optimize costs and deliver business value.
• Build and manage relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders as a trusted procurement advisor.
• Partner with business teams in India and Indonesia to align sourcing solutions with business objectives.
• Drive supplier onboarding, governance, risk assessment, and compliance per internal policies and standards.
• Manage contract-related activities including commercial reviews, stakeholder alignment, negotiations, and execution coordination.
• Experience with Coupa as part of the procurement processing system is preferred.
• Identify and implement process improvements, best practices, and efficiencies to enhance procurement effectiveness.

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, strategic sourcing, or related fields
• Proven experience managing end-to-end sourcing projects and supplier negotiations across multiple categories
• Experience supporting technology procurement, including hardware, IT services, telecommunications, or technology-related spend categories, and general procurement, including insurance, manpower, and other general spend is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, countries, and seniority levels
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities, including supplier evaluation, cost analysis, and negotiation planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities independently
