Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer with 7-10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering.

You will leverage GCP (GKE, IAM, networking), Kubernetes, Python scripting, Terraform, Helm, and Harness to build scalable platforms, ensure security and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Trivy, Cosign, and collaborate with stakeholders. Strong leadership and problem-solving are required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in GCP, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
• Proven ability to lead, communicate with stakeholders, and guide SRE practices.
• Hands-on in security, observability, and container security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end DevOps platform engineering initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable cloud architectures on GCP.
• Develop automation and Git-based workflows.
• Build and secure CI/CD pipelines with Harness, Trivy, and Cosign.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and drive reliability improvements.

Role & responsibilities

Seeking a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer with 7-10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering.

Strong expertise in GCP (GKE, IAM, Networking), Kubernetes, Python scripting, Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines using Harness. Experience with REST APIs, OAuth2/JWT, API security, observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), and container security solutions (Trivy, Cosign)

Hands-on experience with Git-based workflows, infrastructure automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and SRE practices. Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and leadership skills required.
