Job summary

Catholic Syrian Bank in Bathinda, Punjab seeks an experienced professional to lead business sourcing and relationship management across sourcing channels. The role coordinates with internal stakeholders and oversees end-to-end loan disbursement processes.

The incumbent will manage and motivate the sales team to hit targets, empanel new dealers, allocate resources, ensure compliance of processes and documentation, and drive hiring, training and development to achieve numbers.
