Job summary

Aditya Birla Capital is seeking a Branch Manager for the Gold Loans vertical to lead the branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure risk and regulatory compliance while delivering superior customer service. You will supervise Valuation teams, manage day-to-day activities, and build relationships with customers and partners to achieve targets and maintain portfolio quality.

The role requires 5–10 years in gold loans or related sectors and an MBA or equivalent; location assignments

Job Purpose

The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the overall branch operations and driving business growth in the Gold Loan business. The role involves achieving business targets, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining portfolio quality, delivering superior customer service, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company policies. The Branch Manager will lead and supervise the branch team, including Manager Valuation and Officer Valuation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Achieve branch-level Gold Loan business targets and profitability objectives.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth.
• Develop local marketing initiatives and business generation activities.

Branch Operations Management
