Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience leading complex product or platform initiatives.
• Strong hands-on Golang (preferred); Java/Node.js is a plus.
• Expertise in designing microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong system design, scalability, high availability, fault tolerance, caching, and performance optimization.
• Experience preparing design docs: HLDs/LLDs and architecture diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and indexing.
• Experience with API design: REST/GraphQL, event-driven architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, and DevSecOps.
• Experience with monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog.
• Secure coding practices and OWASP principles.

Job description

• 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, with experience leading complex product or platform development initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience in Golang (preferred). Experience in Java, Node.js, or similar backend technologies is a plus.
• Expertise in designing and building microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, high availability, fault tolerance, caching, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience in preparing and reviewing HLDs, LLDs, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents.
• Strong expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, including database design, data modeling, indexing, partitioning, and query optimization.
• Experience with API design, REST, GraphQL, event-driven architectures, and messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, OWASP principles, and secure coding practices.
