Job summary

Ascendion Engineering is hiring a senior cloud-native engineer in Pune with 6+ years of experience. You will design, develop, and debug microservices on AWS, participate in architecture reviews, and lead security design efforts. Strong English communication and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building scalable cloud-native apps.

• Experience with performance optimization in microservices.

Job Description: - 6+years - Pune (hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, and Debug microservices using Java, Golang, Spring boot, MySQL, NoSQL on AWS.
• Participate and produce high-level and low-level designs which include component diagrams, sequence diagrams, technology choices, API specs, Database schemas.
• Do periodic code reviews with scrum teams and make sure that the right product is being built.
• Do regular security reviews and design reviews of the peer.
• Debug production incidents around Microservices, authentication, authorization, database, elastic search, UI(React) etc.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in building scalable cloud-native applications.
• Proficient in different AWS tech stacks.
• Practitioner of cloud security, privacy, and compliance
• Bachelor or master’s in computer science or related fields.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English
• Must be able to contribute to design and code reviews and help other team members in troubleshooting/problem-solving.
• Knowledgeable of application performance and resource consumption optimization.
• Ability to simplify complex and abstract issues.
