Job summary

Cloudesign is seeking a Golang Developer to build production services in Mumbai, located in Kanjurmarg. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on Go experience and strong API design skills using REST/JSON and gRPC.

You will work with PostgreSQL/MySQL databases, implement clean architecture with SOLID principles, and participate in migrations using golang-migrate. Nice-to-haves include event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), CQRS, and experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Golang 4+ years hands-on experience building production services.
• Strong API design skills with REST/JSON and gRPC.
• Experience with protobuf and API versioning.
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture, DDD, and SOLID principles.

Required Skills

• Golang: 4+years hands-on experience building production services.
• API Protocols: REST/JSON, gRPC, protobuf; API versioning and backward compatibility.
• Architecture: Clean Architecture, DDD (aggregates, repositories), SOLID, hexagonal architecture.
• Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL; indexing, query optimization, transactions, isolation levels, migrations (e.g., golang-migrate).

Nice-to-Have

• Event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ), CQRS and Saga patterns.
• Concurrency: Goroutines, channels, sync primitives (mutex, wait groups), context cancellation, worker pools.
• Containers & Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes; familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure (IAM, networking, managed DBs).
• CI/CD & Git: Branching strategies, automated tests, code quality checks, artifacts.
