Job summary

Lyftr Talent Solutions Private Limited is seeking a backend engineer to design and maintain high-performance Golang microservices for real-time energy trading. You will build scalable systems, implement secure blockchain-enabled transactions, and integrate with external services and IoT devices.

The role requires 3+ years in backend development with Go, experience in microservices and APIs, and familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, Kafka or RabbitMQ, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend development experience with Golang.
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with blockchain technologies is a plus (Hyperledger, Ethereum or similar).
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud-native apps (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.
• Experience in energy sector tech or IoT integrations is a plus.
• Able to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

• Develop, test, and maintain high-performance microservices using Golang.

• Work with blockchain technologies, including smart contracts and distributed ledgers, to
  enable seamless and transparent transactions.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services, IoT devices, and data analytics platforms.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability for real-time energy trading.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, blockchain engineers, and data scientists to ensure seamless system integration.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and DevOps automation.
• Work with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and other event-driven architectures to process high-volume transactions efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in backend development with Golang.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and event-driven systems.
