Senior Manager within Accenture Strategy & Consulting (Reinvention Deployed Engineering) responsible for industry-embedded process and workflow design that converts AI ambition into measurable, scalable business outcomes. The role focuses on end-to-end enterprise workflow architecture, agentic AI design, value realization, and leading cross-functional delivery and presales pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end workflows across functions, systems, and data; create unambiguous, build-ready workflow logic, states, handoffs, and exception paths.
• Identify where AI, automation, and orchestration can augment or replace human tasks and define human-in-the-loop boundaries.
• Apply industry and regulatory knowledge to ensure compliant, realistic workflow designs aligned to domain operating models.
• Translate client processes into structured requirements for engineering and platform teams.
• Define and govern value realization: value story, metrics, KPIs, business case governance, and portfolio-level benefits realization.
• Define and govern agentic solution design and AI adoption: agent roles, prompt logic, RAG grounding, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails.
• Lead business development and pre-sales activities for AI-led reinvention pursuits, shaping proposals and RFP responses.

Must-have Skills / Requirements

• Deep expertise in process design and architecture (Business Process Strategy, BPM/BPMN, end-to-end process architecture, enterprise process mapping).
• Hands-on process and digital transformation experience across complex enterprises.
• Business Architecture techniques: operating model design, value chain analysis, customer journey mapping, capability modeling.
• Industry and functional process expertise (e.g., Order to Cash, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, Source to Pay).
• Strong AI fluency: NLP, LLMs, RAG, machine learning, human-machine interaction, agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration.
• Practical experience building prototypes and solutions with LLMs (examples: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) with attention to token cost and performance.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs and aligning engineering, data, and business teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, storytelling-with-data, analytical thinking, and cross-cultural competence.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, PEGA, Salesforce, Workday, IBM) and leading AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) and cloud AI stacks (Microsoft Azure AI, AWS, Google Vertex AI).
• Experience with workflow automation / RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate).Experience with process-mining tools (Celonis, Signavio) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Product management experience (discovery, scoping, delivery); Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery and SDLC governance; AI/Agentic AI certifications as a plus.
• Comfort with quick prototyping using AI coding assistants ("vibe coding").
