Job summary

Accenture in India seeks an experienced RDE Tech Lead AI to drive enterprise Agentic AI and GenAI delivery. You will oversee architecture, governance, and client program leadership, aligning multi-workstream AI initiatives with measurable business outcomes.

You will lead the strategy for agent architectures and LLM deployment across cloud platforms, ensuring security, compliance, and scalable AI readiness.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Agentic AI solutions.
• Drive/knowledge the implementation of Agentic AI frameworks and technologies.
• Deep knowledge of GenAI/LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP; containerization and microservices.
• Delivery governance, risk management and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define overall delivery strategy for enterprise Agentic AI and GenAI programs.
• Provide executive-level technical oversight across AI solution design, delivery governance, cloud architecture, and implementation quality.
• Set direction for agent architecture, orchestration, LLM strategy, RAG, and Responsible AI guardrails.
• Govern delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring architecture compliance and business outcomes.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders on roadmap alignment and transformation outcomes.
• Guide cloud AI strategy across AWS, Azure, or GCP, with DevSecOps and production readiness.
