Job summary

Accenture in India seeks an Analyst for GN - Industry - MC - Energy Upstream to work on upstream energy consulting engagements, delivering client value through transformation initiatives, digital adoption, and client engagement. You will contribute to business development and delivery in a multinational environment.

The role requires 3+ years in upstream Oil & Gas, MBA/B.E. from Tier 1 institutes, and willingness to travel extensively. Permanent employment with attractive benefits is offered.

Job Title: GN - Industry - MC - Energy Upstream – Analyst (India) Management Level: 11 - Analyst Location: Bangalore/ Gurgaon/ Mumbai/ Hyderabad

Job Summary: In this role, you will work on upstream energy consulting engagements, leveraging your industry, technical, and business expertise to deliver client value. You will support transformation initiatives through operational excellence, digital adoption, and client engagement, while contributing to business development and delivery.

Must have skills:

• Strong Knowledge of upstream value chain: E&P, OFES, Maintenance, etc.
• Experience in onshore/ offshore and unconventional wells operations
• Understanding of key upstream capabilities/ operations: Drilling, Production Operations, HSE, Reliability, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to have skills:

• Exposure to digital disruption opportunities in upstream (analytics, automation, well integrity, worker safety).
• Proven track record / Familiarity with Data & AI and its impact on the Upstream industry.
• Proven contribution to upstream consulting practice through engagement in creating PoVs, service offerings and thought leadership initiatives.

Experience:

• 3+ years industry experience in upstream Oil & Gas organization

Preferred Educational Qualification:

• MBA from Tier 1 institute
• B.E/ B.Tech from Tier 1 institute
