Accenture in India is seeking GN - Industry - MC - Energy Upstream – Analyst to join our energy consulting practice in Bengaluru. You will work on upstream energy consulting engagements, leveraging your industry knowledge and analytical skills to deliver client value across transformation and digital adoption.

The role involves travel (80%+) to client locations globally, engaging with teams to develop PoVs, proposals, and solutions, and supporting business development while delivering

Must have skills

• Strong Knowledge of upstream value chain: E\'P, OFES, Maintenance, etc.
• Experience in onshore/ offshore and unconventional wells operations
• Understanding of key upstream capabilities/ operations: Drilling, Production Operations, HSE, Reliability, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to have skills

• Exposure to digital disruption opportunities in upstream (analytics, automation, well integrity, worker safety).
• Proven track record / Familiarity with Data & AI and its impact on the Upstream industry.
• Proven contribution to upstream consulting practice through engagement in creating PoVs, service offerings and thought leadership initiatives.
