Accenture is seeking a GN - Industry - MC - Energy Upstream – Analyst to work on upstream energy consulting engagements, leveraging industry, technical and business expertise to deliver client value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years industry experience in upstream Oil & Gas.
• MBA from a Tier 1 institute or equivalent; B.E./B.Tech from Tier 1 institute.
• Willingness to travel 80%+ and work across global client locations.

Must have skills

• Strong Knowledge of upstream value chain: E&P, OFES, Maintenance, etc.
• Experience in onshore/ offshore and unconventional wells operations
• Understanding of key upstream capabilities/ operations: Drilling, Production Operations, HSE, Reliability, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to have skills

• Exposure to digital disruption opportunities in upstream (analytics, automation, well integrity, worker safety).
• Proven track record / Familiarity with Data & AI and its impact on the Upstream industry.
• Proven contribution to upstream consulting practice through engagement in creating PoVs, service offerings and thought leadership initiatives.

Experience

• 3+ years industry experience in upstream Oil & Gas organization
