Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced Manager in Trade Finance to drive transformation programs for banks and payment providers. You will lead client workshops, mentor teams, and manage complex programs across documentary trade, LC, and supply chain finance, leveraging a global network of experts.

Qualifications

• MBA from Tier-1 B-school with 6-12 years of work experience in top strategy, management, technology consulting firms, or analytics firms for banks or financial services.
• Experience in digital transformation, documentary operations—issuance or advising, OCR tools, AI, automation, document management, SWIFT, blockchain.
• Experience in consulting on design, development and implementation of trade finance solutions such as Finacle, CGI, Finastra Trade Innovation, Misys, Microsoft, TRIMS, Newgen Omniflow, Traydstream, Bolero, Demica, TReDS, Contour, MarcoPolo or TradeIX.
• Exposure to documentary trade, LC, bank guarantees, supply chain finance, receivables/payables finance, factoring, forfaiting.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery in banking, with process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and software procurement.
• Interface with cross-functional client teams to perform project management activities.
• Support Leaders in drafting pitches and identifying new business opportunities.
• Mentor team members and contribute to capability development.
• Estimate resource effort and cost budgets within defined scope.
